Mokulele Airlines expands its inter-island network
- Mokulele Airlines, the US commuter airline based in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, expanded its inter-island network with the addition of four new airport pairs on 20 October, all of which will be served by its 8-seat Cessna Caravans. None of the new routes will face any competition, while the longest airport pair is the 150-kilometre sector from Kapalua (JHM) to Kalaeloa (JRF), served with twice-daily flights.
