Germania starts several new winter sun routes

Get your snorkel and flippers out! Germania launched two new weekly services to Marsa Alam in Egypt on Monday 3 November, from Bremen and Dresden.

  • Germania has introduced a number of new seasonal ‘winter sun’ services from various German airports. All of the routes are between 3,100 kilometres and 3,800 kilometres in length, and all will be operated just once per week, either by the airline’s A319s or its 737-700s. Marsa Alam in Egypt, popular with divers, will be served from both Bremen (BRE) and Dresden (DRS). The most competition is on the Berlin Schönefeld (SXF) to Tenerife South (TFS) route, which is already served by Condor, easyJet and Norwegian.
