Virgin America commences #3 route from Boston
- Virgin America increased its Boston (BOS) offering on 9 January, with the addition of Las Vegas (LAS). The airline’s third route from Boston, as it already operates to Los Angeles (12 times weekly) and San Francisco (13 times), will be served four times weekly until 27 April, using its 146-seat A320s. Virgin America will face direct competition on the 3,832-kilometre sector from JetBlue Airways’ 13 weekly flights.
