Philippine Airlines starts new domestic route from Manila
Cabin crew were on hand at check-in at Manila Airport to welcome passengers on the airline’s first flight to Tablas. The service will be operated thrice-weekly with the airline’s Dash 8-300s.
- Philippine Airlines on 20 March introduced service on the 269-kilometre route from Manila (MNL) to Tablas (TBH). Tablas is the largest of the islands that comprise the province of Romblon in the Philippines. The route will be served thrice-weekly with Dash 8-300s operated by PAL Express. Flights will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and face no competition.
