Transaero Airlines increases Moscow offering

On 29 March, Prague Airport welcomed the arrival of Transaero Airlines’ daily flights from Moscow Vnukovo. Celebrating the new route launch are: Martin Randus, Airline Marketing, Prague Airport; Andrey Staritsyn, Representative for Austria and Czech Republic, Transaero Airlines; Kseniia Zhukova, Representative for Czech Republic, Transaero Airlines; Tomas Kucera, Sales Representative, Czech Airlines Handling.

  • Transaero Airlines increased its Moscow offering with the addition of two new routes during the course of last week. On 29 March, the carrier introduced daily flights from Moscow Vnukovo (VKO) to Prague (PRG), using its 158-seat 737-800s. In addition, on 30 March, Transaero commenced twice-weekly (Mondays and Thursdays) flights on the 6,082-kilometre sector from Moscow Domodedovo (DME) to Komsomolsk-on-Amur (KXK), using its 182-seat Tu-214s. Nonetheless, this service will see a frequency increase to four times weekly starting from 23 May. No other airline serves any of Transaero’s new additions.
