On 11 April, Montenegro Airlines touched down at Lyon from Podgorica, where it was welcomed with a cake. This is the carrier’s second route to France as it already flies to Paris CDG.
- Montenegro Airlines commenced its second route to France, with the addition of seasonal flights to Lyon (LYS) from its Podgorica (TGD) base on 11 April. The 1,191-kilometre sector will be served weekly (Saturdays) until 17 October, utilising the airline’s 109-seat F100s. No other airline flies between these two cities.
