The first passengers were welcomed onto easyJet’s inaugural flight to Split. The airline will fly weekly, on Wednesdays, between Belfast International and Split.

- On 20 May, easyJet expanded its European network from Belfast International (BFS), with new seasonal flights to Split (SPU). The 2,034-kilometre sector will be flown weekly (Wednesdays) until 30 September, using the airline’s A319s, and faces no direct competition. With the start of this new service, easyJet now flies to 26 destinations from its Belfast International base, according to OAG Schedules Analyser data. On 24 May, the airline also launched its latest route from Porto (OPO) to Manchester (MAN). The 1,427-kilometre route will operate thrice-weekly with A319s, facing no direct competition.
