Air Arabia Maroc starts seventh Tangier route

Air Arabia Maroc Tangier to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen

On 24 July Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen celebrated the arrival of Air Arabia Maroc’s first flight from Tangier with an impressive cake and flowers for the crew. The Moroccan carrier already serves the Turkish airport from Casablanca, while Air Arabia also offers flights from its Sharjah base.

  • Air Arabia Maroc has introduced its seventh route from Tangier (TNG). On 24 July the LCC began twice-weekly flights (Mondays and Fridays) on the 3,103-kilometre route to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) using its A320s. No other carrier serves this route. Air Arabia Maroc already serves the Turkish airport from its main Casablanca base. The airline’s other routes from Tangier are Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, London Gatwick, Madrid and Montpellier.
