Qatar Airways makes Multan its seventh Pakistani network point
Qatar Airways Doha to Multan

No it’s not all cake! Just the top tier. The baked treat was created for the start of Qatar Airways’ new thrice-weekly service to Multan. The 2 August launch was just one day after Emirates commenced its own service to the Pakistani city.
- Qatar Airways commenced its seventh destination in Pakistan on 2 August, having recently started flights to Faisalabad on 17 July, with the start of a thrice-weekly service to Multan (MUX) from its hub in Doha (DOH). The 1,670-kilometre sector will be flown by the airline’s A320 fleet, but will face no direct competition on the city pair. It is interesting to note that fellow MEB3 carrier Emirates also started its own operations to Multan this week. See how Multan Airport’s FTWA compares to others from around the world.
