SunExpress Germany launches seven services to Marrakech
- SunExpress Germany has begun seven new scheduled services from seven German and Austrian airports to Marrakech (RAK) in the last seven days. As a result, the sector lengths are all very similar, ranging from the shortest 2,385-kilometre route from Stuttgart (STR), to the longest, which is the 2,890-kilometre airport pair of Berlin Schönefeld (SXF) to Marrakech. All but one of the routes faces competition, with the Stuttgart service being the only one of the seven routes hosting no incumbent airlines. Our airport colleagues also informed anna.aero that some (if not all) of these flights have been transferred from charter to scheduled operations by the airline.
