IndiGo arrives in Udaipur
Udaipur Airport was delighted to welcome IndiGo services on 1 November. There will be two daily non-stop flights to both Delhi and Mumbai. Both routes will see considerable competition.
- IndiGo has made Udaipur (UDR) the 39th airport on its network with the launch on 1 November of double-daily flights from both Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM) using its A320s. The 541-kilometre route from Delhi is also served by Jet Airways (14 weekly flights), SpiceJet (13 weekly flights) and Air India (daily flights). The 623-kilometre route from Mumbai is already served by Jet Airways (double-daily flights) and Air India (daily flights). Udaipur Airport is on track to handle around 500,000 passengers this year.
