Onboard 2025 Think Tank vision to be revealed at Asia’s biggest passenger experience expo in just two weeks’ time
The first of its kind Onboard 2025 Think Tank vision – which has been co-created by senior figures from Airbus, Norwegian, Avianca, Panasonic Avionics and Honour Branding, will be unveiled in Asia for the first time at anna.aero sister event Future Travel Experience Asia EXPO 2015 in Singapore in just two weeks’ time.
This unique project brought together a selection of the people responsible for designing the passenger experience of the future. They held frequent brainstorming sessions over a four-month period to create a detailed joint vision to answer the following question: “What is needed to increase the speed at which industry progress in improving the passenger experience up in the air is achieved, and what might the passenger experience onboard narrow-body aircraft look like by 2025?”
The vision and the recommendations on what airlines and other air transport industry stakeholders should do now to enable this vision will be presented in the “Up in the Air” conference at FTE Asia EXPO 2015 (17-19 November, Singapore). The event will also include Asia’s largest free to attend passenger experience expo, a complimentary Expo Seminar Stage and the FTE Asia Awards, for which 45 airlines and 24 airports have been nominated in recognition of their customer experience excellence.
