Vueling pushes nine new Parisian city pairs

Vueling, cut this fabulous cake baked to commemorate the start of the IAG-owned airline’s five times weekly service from Paris CDG to the Austrian capital city

Belina Neumann, Head of Aviation Marketing at Vienna Airport and Ulla Siebke, Country Manager Germany & Austria, Vueling, cut this fabulous cake baked to commemorate the start of the IAG-owned airline’s five times weekly service from Paris CDG to the Austrian capital city on 4 May.

  • Vueling is adding an impressive 42 weekly frequencies from its Paris CDG (CDG) base, with flights to nine new destinations spread across seven countries. Only two nations, namely Italy and Spain, have new routes to more than one destination – Bari (BRI) and Venice Marco Polo (VCE) in the former, and Fuerteventura (FUE) and Santander (SDR) in the latter. Additionally the IAG-owned airline has commenced a link from Asturias (OVD) to London Gatwick (LGW). The start-up frequency of these 10 routes is relatively high for an LCC, at an average of 4.7 flights per week. See how Santander Airport’s FTWA compares to others from around the world.
