Norwegian starts its fourth domestic route from Barcelona
Celebrated by a traditional water arch salute in Bilbao was Norwegian’s first service from Barcelona, the LCC’s fourth domestic link from the Catalan city. The route will face significant competition from Vueling’s 33 weekly flights.
- Norwegian has added Bilbao (BIO) to its existing domestic services from Barcelona (BCN). The LCC already flies to Tenerife North, Gran Canaria and Palma de Mallorca within Spain. Daily flights on the 465-kilometre sector, which began on 8 July, will be operated by the airline’s 737-800 fleet.
