A banner on the apron welcomes passengers flying on Cambodia Angkor Air’s resumed service between Siem Reap and Hanoi in Vietnam. The airline previously served the route until August 2014.
- Cambodia Angkor Air has resumed flying on the 893-kilometre link between Siem Reap (REP) and Hanoi (HAN) in Vietnam. The route will be flown five times weekly using the airline’s A320s. Vietnam Airlines already serves the market with 25 weekly flights. According to OAG data, Cambodia Angkor Air had previously flown the route between 24 December 2012 and 17 August 2014 using its larger A321s. This has raised to 10 the number of destinations served non-stop by the airline from Siem Reap, including two in Cambodia, four in China and Bangkok in Thailand. Hanoi becomes the airline’s third route to Vietnam after Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
