Commenting at the launch in Cologne Bonn, Michael Garvens, Chairman of the Management Board, Cologne Bonn Airport said: “We are pleased to welcome People’s Viennaline to our airport. With important economic and leisure appeal, directly linking North Rhine-Westphalia to the Lake Constance region is a real win for both business travellers and winter sports fans alike.” No other carrier currently operates this airport trio, with People’s Viennaline offering twice-daily weekday flights on the route. Although the inaugural day’s flights were operated on the airline’s sole E170, the routing will be regularly be flown on the carrier’s only ERJ 145.
