  • Corendon Airlines Europe, which joins the airline family alongside Turkish carrier Corendon Airlines and its Dutch subsidiary Corendon Dutch Airlines, launched a service to Hurghada (HRG) from Dortmund (DTM) on 4 October. With the new weekly route (Wednesdays), not only was the German airport’s network extended, but also an additional airline was acquired, with seven carriers now flying from Dortmund. The 3,481-kilometre sector, operated by the airline’s 737-800 fleet, faces no direct competition.
