Allegiant Air produces seven brand new US domestic services

Louisville Airport celebrated the launch of Allegiant Air’s new twice-weekly link from Pheonix-Mesa with cake and giveaways. Seen posing with the cake are Allegiant Air’s Public Relations Specialists Michelle Whaley and Zach Kramer. The cake was of course enjoyed by the first flight’s passengers.

  • Allegiant Air has inaugurated seven routes this week that are currently not served by another airline. Most of the services were launched from Phoenix-Mesa (AZA) which has welcomed the addition of Boise (BOI), Kansas City (MCI), Louisville (SDF) and Omaha (OMA) to its departure screens. Los Angeles (LAX) welcomed the arrival of flights to Ogden (OGD), while Punta Gorda (PGD) to Flint (FNT) and St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE) to Norfolk (ORF) routes were also started. All seven routes will be flown by Allegiant Air twice-weekly on the carrier’s Airbus fleet, with the average sector length of the seven airport pairs being 1,548 kilometres.
