Christina Knicker, Manager Airline Marketing, Düsseldorf Airport, Frédéric Alory GM, Air France, Wilfried Krug, General Consul Bordeaux, Christoph Labitzke, Business Account Manager, Air France and Virginie Arnaud, Air France Deputy Station Manager Düsseldorf, are joined by flight crew to celebrate the launch of HOP! services from Bordeaux to Düsseldorf.
- HOP!, Air France’s regional arm, began services from Bordeaux to Düsseldorf and from Nantes to Hamburg on 30 October. Both airport pairs will be operated three times per week, and neither faces any direct competition. The 906-kilometre Bordeaux-Düsseldorf route and 1,088-kilometre Nantes-Hamburg link will be served by a mix of aircraft types. Nantes-Hamburg will be operated by E170s or CRJ series aircraft, while Bordeaux-Düsseldorf will be flown by E170s or A320s. OAG schedules show that parent airline Air France is the operating carrier for those services performed by A320s.
