FTE Dublin: 55 airlines at anna.aero’s “sister show”
Future Travel Experience Ancillary 2018, delivered in partnership with Dublin Airport & the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), is now just 5 weeks away. In recent times, Ryanair has launched a raft of initiatives, including Ryanair Rooms, Ryanair Holidays and Ryanair Transfers, all of which complement the ongoing “Always Getting Better” customer experience programme. In a far-reaching keynote presentation, Kenny Jacobs will share the very latest plans, lessons learned, and the vision for the future.
The FTE Advisory Board created this show because of the conviction that new approaches and collaborations powered by technology can deliver greater revenues, and improved end-to-end passenger experiences.
A key highlight will be an exclusive update on the BARTA (Brand, Airline, Retailer, Technology, Airport) initiative, launched at FTE Ancillary 2017. With the potential to revolutionise the airport duty free and travel retail industry, this ground-breaking cooperation between Budapest Airport, Wizz Air and Heinemann Duty Free goes well beyond the existing airport-retailer-brand relationship, bringing an airline into the mix for the first time with anticipated sizeable increased revenues and footfall for all involved. A Budapest Airport-Wizz Air trial is running right now, and we can reveal it is already delivering very positive results.
Other organisations sharing their technology, customer experience, ancillary plans and visions in Dublin include: Virgin Hyperloop One, Ryanair, Google, KLM, JetBlue Technology Ventures, Alaska Airlines, Geneva Airport, Turkish Airlines, Star Alliance, Brussels Airlines, Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Lufthansa Group, Swedavia, American Airlines, Schiphol, Thomas Cook Group Airlines, Finnair, Dubai Airports etc etc
