Air Canada adds two crossborder sectors
Cutting the cake to mark the beginning of Air Canada’s new route to Nebraska from Toronto Pearson were: Alioune Sow, Manager, Airports Western US, Air Canada; Lisa Pierce, Senior Director, US Sales & Market Development, Air Canada; Steve McCoy, Manager of Airline Affairs, Omaha Airport; and Lisa Foran, Regional Sales Manager, Air Canada.
- Air Canada has commenced two additional Canada-US crossborder city pairs in the last seven days, both daily services and both launched on 1 May. The 1,868-kilometre route from Edmonton (YEG) to San Francisco (SFO) will be operated by the carrier’s CRJ 900 equipment, while the 1,355-kilometre airport pair from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Omaha (OMA) will be flown by Air Canada’s CRJ 200 fleet. See how Omaha Airport’s FTWA compares to others from around the world.
