Miami welcomed the first flight on bahmasair’s new Bimini link on 3 May. Lester Sola, Miami-Dade Aviation Director (center) and officials from Bahamasair and the Bahamas cut the ceremonial ribbon at the launch event. The carrier will operate the 103-kilometre hop four times per week with ATR 42s.
