- Air Europa launched services on a new link between Madrid (MAD) and Düsseldorf (DUS) on 18 June. It will serve the airport pair with twice-daily flights performed by E190s. The Spanish carrier faces competition on the 1,439-kilometre sector from Iberia, which will offer 21 flights on the airport pair during the week commencing 19 June. OAG schedules show that this is the only route the SkyTeam member will offer to Düsseldorf in S18.
