Marathon Men Marvels!

Kick-starting fundraising efforts of this year’s Budapest Airport-anna.aero Runway Run are our very own Marathon Men Marvels! anna.aero’s Publisher, Paul Hogan (centre), took a very slow 26.2 mile sightseeing tour around the streets of London, while Budapest Airport’s CCO Kam Jandu had the perfect last run of his marathon career.

anna.aero and Budapest Airport’s very own marathon men once again took to the streets of the UK’s capital city on Sunday 28 April in the 38th London Marathon. Cranking up fundraising efforts for the forthcoming sporting-charity event for the global aviation industry – Budapest Airport-anna.aero Runway Run – the proceeds go to the bone marrow transplant charity, Anthony Nolan, one of the chosen benefactors of the unique run.

Following a number of injuries, anna.aero’s Publisher, Paul Hogan, took a different approach to his annual entry in the marathon and decided to take in the sights on a very slow tour around the streets of London finishing just shy of the five hour mark (4:59:53). Meanwhile, Budapest Airport’s CCO, Kam Jandu, took on his 10th and final marathon, going on to finish in a respectable 4:26:10 – so close to his PB of 4:25:40. “It was a fabulous day and the perfect finale to my marathon running…10 and out for me,” says Jandu.
