Pegasus makes its way into Manchester

Pegasus Airlines launched services between Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Manchester on 01 July. A ribbon cutting ceremony took place to celebrate the launch of the newest city-pair.

  • Pegasus Airlines launched a new service between Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) to Manchester (MAN) on 01 July. According to OAG Schedules Analyser, the Turkish LCC will operate the 2,726-kilometre sector utilising a fleet of A320s five times a week. No other carrier currently operates into Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen from Manchester, however Turkish Airlines does operate twice daily into the recently opened Istanbul Airport – the replacement to Atatürk which ended commercial operations upon the opening of the new facility on 06 April.
