easyJet connects Brussels with Berlin Tegel

The crew and Brussels Airport Senior Aviation Development Manager, Sonja Gehlen, welcome easyJet’s inaugural Berlin Tegel service.

  • easyJet has begun daily services between Berlin Tegel and Brussels, which will increase to twice-daily in the new year according to Brussels Airport. In the past 12 months, OAG Traffic Analyser shows that an estimated 378,000 flew Brussels – Berlin on a city-pair basis.  This was down about 12% YOY from Eurowings ending its twice-daily service.  easyJet will face strong competition. Brussels Airlines will provide direct competition, with up to five daily flights.  Meanwhile, Ryanair flies 10-weekly from Brussels Airport to Berlin Schönefeld.
