Sonja Gehlen, Senior Aviation Development Manager at Brussels Airport, celebrates Ryanair’s W19 launches with the crew.
- Ryanair has added four routes from Brussels Airport in W19. These are to Seville, Kraków (four-weekly), Catania (up to once-daily) and Essaouira (twice-weekly). In the case of Seville and Krakow, Ryanair’s new services will complement, rather than replace, its existing services from Brussels South Charleroi Airport. Ryanair will face direct competition, mainly from Brussels Airlines, from Brussels Airport to three of the four cities, with the exception of Essaouira – which is served only from Charleroi. An estimated 353,000 flew from Brussels to the four in the year to October 2019.
