Tampa Airport celebrates Avelo Airlines’ launch to New Haven

Tampa International Airport has celebrated Avelo Airlines’ inaugural service to New Haven, Connecticut with a beautiful cake, giveaways, a balloon arch, ribbon cutting and live music at the gate. The new route is operated three times weekly on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, with 737-700 aircraft.

For Southern Connecticut residents, the new service now offers nonstop and convenient access to beaches, Tampa businesses and the heart of the west coast of Florida. For Tampa travellers, it offers another option to visit the Northeast tri-state area and another nonstop flight to the greater New York City region.
