Air India has launched a four times weekly non-stop route from Delhi to Milan. The service is operated on Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays with a 787-8. It strengthens the airline’s footprint in Europe, adding to operations from Delhi to both Vienna and Copenhagen.

“With the launch of this flight to Milan, we will be spreading our wings to cover major destinations in Europe and fulfil a key element of our five-year transformation plan, Vihaan.AI, that is to strengthen India’s global network,” said Nipun Aggarwal, Chief Commercial Officer, Air India. “The introduction of these flights is another step in that journey, in sync with our fleet expansion.
