“We are pleased to celebrate flyadeal’s first anniversary in Cairo,” said Con Korfiatis, CEO flyadeal. “This historical city is prominent in the Arab world and internationally, as well as an important touristic destination for Saudis.”

flyadeal transported around 300,000 passengers from Saudi Arabia to Egypt and vice-versa during the past year, operating over 2,000 flights.

“This is just the beginning for flyadeal in Egypt, as we are working on expanding our presence by introducing a new route soon, which will connect Cairo Airport to Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Medina,” Korfiatis explained.

flyadeal currently operates more than 150 daily flights and its network reaches 27 domestic, international and seasonal destinations spread across three continents, operated by a fleet of 27 A320s.
