Spirit Airlines is one of the leading carriers at Fort Lauderdale, carrying 6.31 million passengers from the Floridian city in 2017. Orlando is Frontier Airlines’ second largest airport operation, with it welcoming 2.63 million passengers with the airline in 2016.
