North America has secured its second win of the 2014 competition this week, with a Fire Truck Water Arch entry from Washington Dulles Airport, to celebrate the historic base launch by Frontier Airlines.
Following last week’s win of Samara (pictured), Russia secures its second Arch of Triumph winner in 2014. Therefore, the gateway to the capital of Republic of Tatarstan achieved this week’s monumental feat of airport marketing prowess, entering the ranking at position #8.
Russia wins its first ‘Arch of Triumph’ title in 2014, and in the process secures a spot on the overall leader board. The winning airport joins Vologograd (pictured) to become only the second Russian facility to win the prestigious airport marketing award.
