An entire 54 new routes launched in the last week! Basel, Delhi and Rome Fiumicino saw the most new routes, but we have a full report from all over the world. And most importantly, lots of great pictures to go with it!
New airline routes launched (22-29 November)
A dozen dynamic new routes this week involving not only big airports like Beijing, Doha, Dubai, London Heathrow and Seoul Incheon, but also less well-known airports such as Abha, Arvidsjaur, Sulaimaniyah and Tangshan. We have our usual array of photos celebrating proceedings.
flydubai adds Armenia and another route to Iraq; 26 routes but still only 5% of capacity at Dubai airport
It has only been operating for 16 months but flydubai is already flying to more than 20 destinations. It announced two more this week and starts two more in the next couple of weeks, but it’s still a niche player in Dubai.
