The Nordic countries are made-up of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, plus Greenland and Faroe Islands which are constituent countries within the Kingdom of Denmark. Last year the group combined were home to 112.87 million departing seats, up 4.0% on 2016. Jonathan Ford investigates.
