This week Cornwall Airport Newquay has announced another enhancement to its route network with Eastern Airways to launch a daily service between the Cornish gateway and East Midlands. The regional carrier will begin the connection on 10 February 2023, adding over 1,000 two-way weekly seats to the airport’s schedule next year.
Continuing to witness a significant expansion of its route network, Cornwall Airport Newquay has announced that Ryanair will launch three new connections during next year’s summer schedule. Set to commence on 23 April 2023, the airline will connect the Cornish gateway to Dublin, London Stansted, and Malaga.
Cornwall Airport Newquay has announced that Aer Lingus Regional, exclusively operated by Emerald Airlines, will commence a new link to Belfast City from summer 2023, adding nearly 14,000 seats during the peak season. Launching a four-times weekly service, the carrier will start operations on 3 April 2023.

Eastern Airways launched its new PSO route from Cornwall Airport Newquay to London Gatwick on 15 December 2021. anna.aero attended a reception to welcome the inaugural service and, most importantly, to sample the delicious Cornish pasties transported on the first flight.
A new service to popular UK holiday destination Newquay began from Belfast City Airport on 3 July 2021. Throughout the summer, flights will be operated by British Airways with up to six flights a week connecting passengers with Cornwall and the southwest of England.
On 30 April 2021, Eastern Airways restarted its service from Leeds Bradford Airport to Cornwall Airport Newquay. It marked the launch of the summer season as the first operator back into Cornwall Airport Newquay on its reopening to passenger services.
