New routes have started in countries as varied as across 25 European countries as well as Canada, China, Dominican Republic, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, South Africa and the US.
