Airbus handed over 55 aircraft in September, while its North American rival Boeing distributed 78. Of the 133 aircraft delivered, 73% were narrow-body and 27% wide-body. By delivering 23 more units than Airbus in month nine of 2017, Boeing has extended the lead over its European rival to 100 aircraft in the 2017 delivery race.

Auckland Airport for the first six months of 2017 handled 9.58 million passengers, with 55% of this traffic flying on international services.
